Shipping Rules and Restrictions
If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the UK.
You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (additional charges apply. See table above for details). Delivery times for Royal Mail are based on the day we download the order. Please make sure to allow for a two-day processing time when placing your order (see above table for details).
Orders via courier require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
Burtsbees.co.uk is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
International Locations
We are sorry, but products purchased on Burtsbees.co.uk can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the UK.

Tracking your Shipment
All packages sent via Royal Mail will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. For questions, our Customer Services Team is available Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM.
